Technical Sales Support Specialist \n\n
Location : St. Jacob, IL (100% Onsite with potential flexibility)
n Salary : $65,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) Benefits
n Travel : Travel to trade shows / training events
n Schedule : Structured (start time options : 7 : 00 AM, 7 : 30 AM, 8 : 00 AM, or 8 : 30 AM; fixed schedule once set)
n Reports To : Technical Sales Support & Product Training Manager
n\n Qualifications & Requirements \n\n \n\t
- Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology
- Considered : Associate’s degree in Electronics with relevant experience
- At least one year of experience in technical sales support, or application engineering (manufacturing background preferred.)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in electrical products and power control systems.
- Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and blueprints to non-technical users.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and attend industry events.
