Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with clients to create personalized financial plans addressing various objectives, including investments, retirement, taxes, and estate planning.
- Client Communication and Support: Provide ongoing support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly, and making proactive recommendations to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Lead Advisor and other team members to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to deepen client connections and stimulate referrals through outstanding service.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant regulatory and internal policies.
Requirements
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) credential.
- Series 65 or 66 licensure (Series 7 advantageous).
- Minimum 3β5 years of experience in financial advisory or wealth management.
- Competency in financial planning software (eMoney, Redtail, or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Adept at working in a dynamic, in-office setting.
