Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at MOIRA Cosmetics located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients, and organizing sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with QuickBooks / ERP (Invoicing, etc.)
- Must have 1 experience in Inside Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential & existing customers
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Working knowledge of the wholesale/retail industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft One Note, and Microsoft Power Point. Full Circle Database software experience a plus
- Ability to travel
- English & Spanish Required
