We are seeking a Senior Electromechanical Engineer to join our Engineering team. This on-site position will be responsible for working with our engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to take ownership of the electrical aspects of our novel liquid desiccant air conditioning products and support our controls development and implementation. About the Senior Engineer position :
We seek an innovative electromechanical engineer to take a significant role in designing and engineering our third-generation liquid desiccant air conditioner. The successful candidate will “get in at the ground floor” of our newly launched and funded business to design and launch into the market industry-changing commercial HVAC products. They must be comfortable taking ownership of all high voltage and low voltage systems of our product; overcoming design challenges under deadlines; get hands dirty with testing and troubleshooting; collaborating across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Support teams; and working both independently and as managed locally and remotely. Primary Responsibilities :
- Selecting electrical hardware for new projects
- Evaluating changes to electrical hardware for cost
- Supporting end of line / factory floor issues and troubleshooting
- Developing, managing, and maintaining all electrical schematics, panel drawings, and work instructions
- Support in-field troubleshooting of controls / electrical issues
- Manage a project across multiple stakeholders to meet required deadlines
- Lead design reviews internally and externally with suppliers
- Manage suppliers to design, quote, build, and evaluate parts

5 years work experience in electro-mechanical engineering or control systems
