Role Overview
MojoTech is seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Partner to join our growing Financial Services team. As a Client Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our business through new client acquisition and new existing client development, representing our diverse array of consulting services, and managing strategic business outcomes for our clients. You’ll focus on clients in the Financial Services space - from up and coming FinTechs to large financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Financial Services clients, building to a $3-$5M portfolio in the first year
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to define strategies to target and develop business with existing and new clients
- Be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction across several engagements; building and maintaining long term client relationships
- Work with new and existing clients to understand business objectives, scope desirable project proposals, and secure Master Service Agreements (MSA’s) and project-level SOW’s
- Manage and maintain a prioritized forecast for your accounts and targets
- Provide ongoing account strategy and mentorship to junior team members
- Orchestrate and build pursuit teams to solve clients’ business problems; lead teams from lead through deal close
- Lead engagements and project teams, delivering complex solutions, targeting up to 50% billable utilization
- Lead client accounts, managing teams, consultants on accounts and providing internal updates on account activities
- 8 years experience in a consulting client leadership role with a focus on mid market and/or enterprise clients in the Financial Services industry
- Experience with the business problems, systems, tools and partners relevant to the industry
- Experience creating strategic account plans, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets at your established accounts
- Evidence of building impactful relationships with client executive and c-suite leaders
- Previous success and comfort with navigating and managing complex pursuits, shaping, selling, and managing professional service engagements
- A demonstrated ability to self-motivate and to lead yourself and others
- A desire to be part of a rapidly growing, and constantly evolving team
- Base salary is negotiable based on experience at $150K-$225K incentive compensation bonuses based on account portfolio expansion and revenue.
