Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, workstations, and dining spaces.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food preparation and service.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Engage with customers to promote menu items and create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a café or coffee shop environment is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
