MOKA is hiring an enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused barista to join our team in Rochester, MN. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Here at MOKA, we have a passion for great coffee and making genuine connections with every customer. Our core business focuses on high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with quick and friendly customer service.
We are looking for a full-time barista with flexible availability to work 32-40 hours a week. Part-time applicants must have the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week. The ideal candidate should be around for remained of the winter and into the spring/summer of 2025

Responsibilities:
- Craft custom, high-quality handmade beverages
- Champion MOKA culture. Dedicated to making sure each customer moment is the highlight of their day
- Upholds sanitation practices and procedures regulated by the local Health Department and MOKA
- Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, policies, and core values.

$11.50-$12.50 ($14hr - $17hr W/Tips)
Shift Supervisors
$13.00-$13.50hr ($15.50hr - $17.50hr W/Tips)
