MOKA is hiring enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused baristas to join our team in the La Crosse, WI area. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
We are currently hiring for all locations Mid Day (9am-5pm) full and part-time positions available. Perfect for students and Those looking for full time jobs. The ideal candidate for this job is an individual that will be around during the fall/winter months and looking to work a minimum of 20 hours/week and up to 40 hours/week with weekend potential availability. Daytime availability between 9am-5pm is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details such as temperature, presentation, and taste
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their orders, and offering recommendations
- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, while following safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
