**Job Overview:**
We’re seeking a Social Media Intern with a keen eye for content creation and a proactive attitude to assist with our social media presence. This role offers the chance to work closely with our marketing team, learn the ins and outs of social media marketing, and gain exposure to building connections with local businesses. If you’re someone who enjoys the challenge of creating engaging content and has a genuine interest in social media trends, this role is for you!
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with daily social media tasks, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity
- Help develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships with our online community
- Monitor trends in social media, tools, and applications and apply them to our strategy
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and campaigns
- Track and report on social media metrics and performance
**Requirements:**
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and visual storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest social media trends
- Familiarity with basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
