Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified instructor who specializes in Yoga, Meditation, and Energy Healing to join our wellness team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading group and private sessions while fostering a calming and healing environment for clients. This role requires expertise in holistic wellness practices to help individuals achieve physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead group and private yoga sessions tailored to various skill levels and client needs.
- Guide clients through meditation practices, including mindfulness, breathwork, and visualization techniques.
- Provide energy healing services such as Reiki, sound therapy, or other holistic modalities.
- Develop personalized wellness plans that integrate yoga, meditation, and energy healing.
- Educate clients on proper techniques, posture alignment, and breathing exercises.
- Maintain a clean, peaceful, and welcoming studio environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in holistic healing.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Yoga Instruction from a recognized program (200-hour minimum, 500-hour preferred).
- Proven experience teaching yoga, meditation, and energy healing.
- Training in Meditation techniques (mindfulness, transcendental, guided, etc.).
- Energy Healing Certification (Reiki, Pranic Healing, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of anatomy, breathwork, and holistic wellness principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and nurturing environment for clients.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate ($35-$50 per hour based on experience and qualifications).
