Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (GenAI, CMDB Health, ITSM, ITOM)

Location: SanJose, CA (4 days onsite )



PayRate: $70/hr (Negotiable on experience & Engagement type)





Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in GenAI, CMDB health, ITSM, and ITOM to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and a proven track record in delivering scalable solutions that enhance IT operations and service management.



Key Responsibilities:

1.Design and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on GenAI capabilities, CMDB health, ITSM, and ITOM.

2.Lead architectural discussions and provide strategic recommendations for ServiceNow implementations.

3.Ensure CMDB health and integrity, driving best practices for data quality, reconciliation, and compliance.

4.Develop and maintain ITSM and ITOM processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.

5.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, roadmap, and implementation strategies.

6.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications to enhance automation and efficiency.

7.Provide governance and oversight for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.

8.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow and AI trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.



Required Skills & Experience:

1.5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.

2.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

3.Strong understanding of GenAI integration within ServiceNow.

4.Expertise in CMDB health, discovery, and service mapping.

5.Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules, and automation.

6.Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and third-party tools.

7.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

8.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.



Preferred Qualifications:

1.Experience with AI-driven automation and predictive analytics in ServiceNow.

2.Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
