Responsibilities:
- Utilize existing CRM systems to dispatch technicians
- Create, assist, and implement systems to assist in efficiency
- Work with CSR's to accurately and efficiently build the dispatch board
-Provide exceptional customer service to clients, team members, and managers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner
- Perform quality control tasks
- Provide solutions for problems and pain points
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Qualifications:
- Service Titan Experience is a MUST.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous dispatching experience required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Previous experience with service-based CRM system(s)
-Must have a reliable means of transpiration to and from work daily.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
