This is LABOR intensive. Must be able to lift 100 pounds! Will provide on the job paid training if no experience. Will pay for certifications.
Hours 8am to 5pm daily

- Ideal candidate has experience in crawlspaces, basements, water damage restoration, and/or fire damage restoration work experience
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use software
- Ideal candidate has worked in crawlspaces and basements
- Ideal candidate has industry experience in pest control, hvac, remodeling, restoration industries, waterproofing, mold remediation, duct cleaning, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, strong organization skills, use of tools
- IICRC certifications (for our industry) ideal but not necessary to be considered
- Positive attitude. Discuss projects and document everything needed for the insurance adjusters and customer (residential and commercial)
- Excellent customer service with clients and willingness to learn
- Scope and inspect various mitigation damages such as water, fire, mold damage, sewage cleanup
- Operate mitigation machinery (Including but not limited to; extraction machine, dehumidifiers, all other industry mitigation equipment).
- Operate carpentry tools - Including, but not limited to; hand tools, power tools, ladders, paint sprayer
- Remove affected building materials from job site - which includes carpets, carpet pads, drywall, insulation, framing, flooring, tile
- Respond to a variety of emergency and non-emergency service requests including, but not limited to fire & water damage mitigation, mold remediation, HVAC ductwork cleaning, board up temporary repairs
- Perform restoration activities, as needed. (e.g. demolition, cleaning, content manipulation, etc.)
- Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle
- *MUST be able to lift 100 lbs
- Physically able to work and wear PPE including respiratory protection
- Drive company vehicle to and from jobs
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use camera, tablet on job sites
- Use equipment, tools, materials and take care of them
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug test
- Must be willing to take random drug tests
- Work after hours and on weekends for emergency services on a rotating schedule
- Paid training and certifications available
- Pay is based on experience and willingness to learn
