Summary
We are seeking a skilled Polisher to join our team at Mold-Tech Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for polishing plastic injection mold surfaces to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and precision. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Polish with Precision: Utilize multiple polishing methods and training to establish required finishes on injection mold surfaces.
- Materials required: Determined and resourceful self-starter able to digest production notes, prints, and verbal instructions, ask questions, and employ equipment, such as work holding magnets and an array of sticks, stones, and polishing supplies and tools.
- Team Up: Work alongside a skilled, supportive team to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Maintain: Clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere: Follow safety protocols while operating machinery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in polishing or similar roles within a manufacturing environment are a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings.
- Familiarity with machining processes is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
