We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cable Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of cabling systems, including telephone and data networks.
This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in diverse environments. The Cable Installer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and reliable connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot cabling systems for telecommunications and data networks.
- Perform fiber splicing and termination of fiber optic cables.
- Conduct field service visits to diagnose and resolve issues with existing installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in the installation of various telecommunication equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service requests.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver license and social security card/Number;
- Have a white minivan or pick-up truck/Not mandatory;
