We are seeking for a Cable Installation Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable systems, including TV, internet, and telephone services. Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation
- Install cable and telecommunications equipment in residential and commercial locations.
- Ensure all connections are secure, properly configured, and fully functional.
2. Maintenance
- Conduct routine system maintenance, including signal testing, equipment upgrades, and adjustments.
- Ensure continuous, high-quality network performance for customers.
3. Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and repair connectivity issues related to cable, internet, and telecommunications systems.
- Identify and resolve network faults and equipment malfunctions.
4. Customer Service
- Interact with customers professionally, providing technical guidance and service options.
- Address customer concerns, explain billing, and offer support for system usage.
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensure all installations, maintenance, and repairs meet company standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry best practices.
6. Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and repair activities.
- Update customer accounts and submit detailed service tickets as required.
