We are looking for local Traffic Control Supervisors in Hickory, NC to join our Traffic Control team.
Responsibilities
- Doing daily site checks assisting crews as needed and resolving issues in the field;
- Ensuring that all trucks are being cleaned and organized by the leads;
- Showing leadership and professionalism in any circumstances;
- Setting and conducting daily interviews for new hires as needed;
- Reviewing and submitting timesheets;
- Handling safety incident reporting;
- Ensuring the leads are doing their monthly inspections of the trucks and logging them into Whip Around;
Requirements
- Local in Hickory, NC;
- 3 years of experience in Traffic Control;
- Current and valid Driver's license;
- Clean DMV driving record;
- Current and valid flagger certification (ATSSA);
- TCS (Traffic Control Supervisor) certification;
- Knowledge of reading and writing a Traffic Control Plan (TCP);
- Understanding the rules and regulations of MUTCD guidelines.
