Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and evaluation processes. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality metrics, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and calibrate measuring machines, to perform accurate measurements of products.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes in accordance with ISO standards and FDA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Assists with specialized functions including: sterilization validation, process validations, internal audits, and risk management.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and audits to ensure traceability and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and techniques is essential.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and FDA regulations related to product quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in executing tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Willing to train. Pay will depend on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
