Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team and support our educational programs. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Duties
- Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Assist students with curriculum-based tasks and projects
- Provide one-on-one help to students as needed
- Help maintain classroom order and discipline
- Assist in behavior management and student supervision
- Aid in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to assist with lesson planning and curriculum development
- Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and toddler care
- Knowledge of working with individuals with autism is a plus
