Our founding physicians entered the molecular diagnostics market focused on the most common pathogens that impact the population making products that are cost-effective, reduce waste, and are easy-to-use.
The Sales Operations – Senior Analyst position serves as our central hub for all things sales data and process. This includes CRM (Hubspot) management, distributor information flow, sales KPI dashboarding, sales template and core file upkeep, and general sales process improvement. The ideal candidate must have exceptional Excel skills and be highly analytical while also having the ability to build relationships with key internal stakeholders. A motivated, problem-solving, self-starter who is passionate about delivering measurable results and enjoys constantly looking for areas to improve will succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success and others to support operational processes, analysis, and revenue goal delivery.
- Quickly gain a deep understanding of our CRM (Hubspot) and Sales process. Own CRM reporting and data flow.
- Quickly ramp up on and own information flow between company and distributor partners. Look for and implement improvements, resolve issues as they occur, and act as key contact for data flow with distributors.
- Develop data-based insights through reporting and dashboard to advise the actions of Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems within existing systems and processes.
- Manage prospect proposal process and support new customer system onboarding.
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in operational-focused role within Sales, Customer Success, or Finance (FP&A)
- 2-5 years of experience in analysis-centric role.
- CRM reporting experience (preferably Hubspot)
- Strong skills in Excel, Hubspot CRM, PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with excellent analytical, quantitative, and investigative drive.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Innovative and resourceful.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work in a team setting or independently.
