Description
Molinari Pools is searching for a Sales Representative who will support and maintain relationships with B2B and B2C contacts, considered “established” accounts and “not-yet-established” accounts. They will work with Department Managers to ensure clients are served properly, identify new markets/clients and pitch new prospective clients. This relationship building will intentionally produce and increase sales and profitability of the organizational annually.
In collaboration with the Director of Sales, this person and other staff necessary and beneficial to the situation, the Sales Representative will develop an overall plan and direction for sales procedures and practices with an associated work plan detailing short and long-term goals, specific action steps and deliverables, with a process for monitoring and evaluating the success of renovation division’s performance, client satisfaction and team/sub-contractor satisfaction and relationship health.
Performance in this position will be measured by the degree of success in achieving the desired and measured outcomes while remaining within budget.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet with current clients and prospective clients to discuss and propose services offered by Molinari Pools including but not limiting to new construction of pools, spas, fountains, or other water features, remodeling and modifications of existing pools, spas, fountains, or other water features, drowning prevention products such as handrails, safety fences, safety nets and pool alarms, routine pool cleaning, equipment diagnoses/repairs/installations and leak detection.
- Prepare and submit quotes, contracts and bids for projects and services offered by Molinari Pools.
- Maintain internal databases to include the proper data regarding client or prospective client contact information, services requested, services proposed and any notes pertaining to communications with the client or prospective clients.
- Contact new or existing clients to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
- Recommend product features, based on analyses of clients' needs and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Compute client's installation or production costs and estimate savings from new services, products or equipment.
- Select or assist clients in selecting products or services based on client needs, product specifications and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of services available and projected timelines for completion.
