Job Description: As a Part Time Commercial Cleaner with Mollies Cleaning Service, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' spaces are impeccably clean and well-maintained. You will perform a range of cleaning tasks in commercial properties, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
This position is flat rate pay of $200 per week after training. If work is completed efficiently in a timely manner, then only 5 hours per week will be needed. That works out to $40 per hour! Cleaning at a slower rate may bring the total cleaning time to 8 hours total per week. Training pay is $15 per hour. Training lasts 7-14 days depending on how long is needed for each candidate. Pay is weekly on Friday. This is a W-2 position and taxes will be withheld. $29 will be deducted from the first pay check to cover the cost of a background check.
Job Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday: 5:30PM until 6 to 6:30PM
- Friday: 5:30PM until 8:30 to 9:30PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and maintained.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or special requests.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect for clients’ properties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends if necessary.
