What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader/Supervisor position at Mollie's Cleaning Service?
Looking for quality candidates with a desire to grow with a small business! Offering part time(full time potential) hours. You will be working in homes, offices, and businesses. Our company is based out of Columbia and we service from Pulaski up to Brentwood. You will be expected to drive to all of our service locations.
This position is $25 per hour after training. Training pay is $19per hour. Training lasts 30-60 days. Hours will range from 20-40 hours while training until a consistent schedule is built. Paid time off starts accruing on day one after training is completed!
- As a team lead, in addition to delivering top-notch cleaning service, you will be responsible for:
-Taking the lead on team cleans. This includes instructing others on what areas to work on and making sure the appointment runs smoothly and on time. Checking on team members throughout the cleaning and quality checking all end work.
-Quality checks. This includes cleans that you help at as well as cleans that other cleaners complete. Quality checking includes using a checklist to make sure no area is missed and documenting any missed areas to report to management.
-Training new team members. You will use our systems to work with new team members to properly train them to clean and follow our rules and systems.
-Covering appointments when others call out.
-Maintaining a surplus of supplies with you (supplied by the company) to be able to refill other team member supplies as needed. During refills, you will check team member equipment and supplies to make sure they are being properly cared for.

Requirements-
- Reliable vehicle (each team member will clean multiple locations each day)
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Physically able (wear backpack vacuum, bending and standing)
- Smartphone (clock in/out, check appointments and communication)
- No allergies that will affect ability to work with pets or dust
- Open availability including weekends
- Cleaning experience with an eye for detail and great tome management/efficiency
