About the Role:
Mollie Stone's is looking for a Full-time Warehouse Production Clerk. The perfect candidate will be responsible for various tasks from day to day and open to learning new skills. Individuals will be responsible for the daily production of high-quality food products for our produce, deli, cheese, bakery, and grocery. Our Food Production teamwork in conjunction with our chef/production team to accomplish the overall daily productions requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the Chef/ Production Lead in carrying out day-to-day operations of the production room.
- Follow recipe specifications as defined in compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
- Ensure that food quality, quantity, freshness, and presentation meet all kitchen and recipe guidelines.
- Ensure that walk-ins are clean, and products are stored properly and labeled.
- Communicate all needs for product, packaging, labels, supplies and ensure proper availability.
- Ensure products are cleaned prior to production.
- Packing and labeling foods to go with accuracy.
- Producing raw goods into finished retail, ready consumer packaged goods
- Document waste and spoilage using appropriate forms and meet all spoilage targets.
- Measure and report on the fulfillment metrics daily
- Communicate effectively and timely with supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience working in a kitchen environment with proven production experience.
- Serv-Safe certified.
- Experience cooking cold and hot foods.
- Available for a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience making pasta is a plus.

Pay scale:
$19/hour
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.
- Work in a refrigerated environment: 8 hours per day
