GENERAL PURPOSE
The Evening Library Assistant-Patron Services helps students, faculty, and employees of Molloy University with borrowing materials and using the resources of the James E. Tobin Library, and performs other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Library throughout the day. The ideal candidate has experience working in a patron services / circulation role at an academic institution and is familiar with the Alma integrated library system or a comparable ILS. They are detail oriented, highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have strong customer service skills for diverse populations.

The hiring hourly rate for this position is $20.00. This hourly rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
