This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and craftsmanship in roofing projects. Responsibilities
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform roofing installations and repairs.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required for various roofing projects.
- Support metal stud framing and other construction-related tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Apply stucco finishes as part of roofing or remodeling jobs when necessary.
- Perform welding tasks for structural integrity on specific projects.
- Lay tiles accurately as part of roofing or renovation efforts.
- Engage in masonry work and concrete forming to support diverse project needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with hand tools and performing heavy lifting tasks.
- Basic knowledge of metal stud framing and maintenance person skills is preferred.
- Experience in remodeling, stucco application, tile laying, masonry, or concrete forming is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to roofing services.
