· Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
· Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs
· Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed for repairs or upgrades.
· Operate forklifts safely for moving materials around the facility.
· Repair and maintain trailer equipment, machinery, and buildings.
· Assist with automotive repair tasks when necessary, including diesel engine repair.
· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
· Proven experience in building, and fleet maintenance or a related field is preferred.
