What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER position at Molly Maid of South Morris County?
Molly Maid is a nationally recognized provider of Residential and Office cleaning. We are looking for a mature, responsible individual to join our team as the Assistant Office Manager! The right candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with our employees and clients. The Operations Manager will be directly involved with training employees in the field, making quality control visits and resolving customer service issues. Fluency in English and Spanish along with a valid Driver's license are also required. Prior cleaning experience is preferred. Microsoft Office skills are a plus. We are a growing, stable company that has an immediate opening and opportunities for advancement for the right person.
