Prior customer service, office management, sales, and cleaning experience with the ability to learn quickly and get things done!
This job is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and can manage time to effectively meet deadlines and get things accomplished. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and can effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about what makes Molly Maid unique including our proven cleaning process, commercial grade
equipment and supplies, and our unique culture. Once you’ve enjoyed training in the Molly Maid process, you’ll provide support to the teams that will deliver exceptional service customers. The successful applicant will be groomed to become an Office Manager and/or Sales Manager.
Full-time. No nights. Weekends only as needed.

Benefits & Pay
- The starting pay range for this position is $640 - $900 per week and is dependent on performance and experience.
- Earn 6 days paid time off after 1 year of service and 10 days paid time off after 3 years of service.
- Eligible for 401K benefits after 1 year of service.
As an Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Operational tasks –
- Daily data processing and data input.
- Opening and closing the office for the day.
- Daily laundry and supply replenishment and distribution.
- Inventory management.
- Equipment management.
- Vehicle fleet management.
- Knowing how to clean to help teams troubleshoot and being willing and able to clean in the field if necessary.
Customer Service –
- Answering the telephone for existing customers, new customers, and team member support.
- Respond, resolve, and follow-up with customer tasks and requests promptly.
Marketing and sales –
- Convert customer leads to sales.
- Schedule new estimates and follow up on completed estimates to close the sale.
- Perform in-home estimates for new potential customers.
Leadership –- Making daily decisions consistent with the safety, quality,and efficiency goals of the company.

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- Experience in customer service, office management, sales, or equivalent.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Willingness to be trained how to clean and fill in as a cleaner if needed.
