Molly’s Cupcakes is an award-winning bakery specializing in center filled cupcakes, cakes, cookies, and other yummy seasonal treats. We bake everything from scratch daily.
An established hometown favorite, with shops in Lincoln Park (the one that started it all), River North, South Loop, West Loop, Naperville, Orland Park and Schaumburg as well as New York, Iowa and Cincinnati. This is an amazing opportunity to join our team and bring something sweet to South Loop.
We are looking for full time or part-time team members who can commit to at least 3 shifts a week. Retail hours are approximately 9am-9pm, You will be expected to do your share of night/weekend shifts.
Responsibilities:
You are the ultimate cupcake connoisseur and a born crowd-pleaser when it comes to customer service. You will be responsible for greeting and serving customers.
You must be quick moving, a vocal communicator, able to stand on your feet for 5 hours, take direction easily, and organized all with a smile on your face. Must love cupcakes!

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or applicable customer service experience

We are seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the store manager in daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations
- Manage and train staff members
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain stock levels and inventory control
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment
- Perform basic math functions such as calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
Qualifications:
