Job Summary
As a Dog Daycare Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and their pet. This position requires a love for dogs and strong communication skills to provide clients with excellent customer service during their check in and check out process.
Duties
- Check in and check out dog parents using the Gingr POS System.
- Maintain daily schedule for dog grooming, boarding and organize calendar for client check in and check out appointments.
- Monitor the health and behavior of each dog, reporting any concerns to management upon arrival.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of each dog's activities and health status.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for both dogs and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dog handling or animal care is preferred.
- Knowledge of kennel operations and animal behavior is a plus.
- Skills in pet grooming or veterinary assistance are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their welfare is essential.
