Molly’s Place is looking to add talented and motivated individuals to join our marketing team. Molly’s Place is a family-owned and operated sporting goods store and online retailer. We strive to provide our customers with the best hunting and fishing equipment on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
You will work closely with the marketing team and management to maintain and continue to build the brand image of Molly’s. You will work hands-on with various marketing campaigns, as well as working to maintain an active social media presence. The ideal candidate will be able to apply their social media knowledge while learning about our business. Molly’s is committed to developing successful leaders for careers in marketing.
Responsibilities
- Creating and posting social media content
- Maintaining active social media presence through sharing content from brand partners on Instagram stories
- Responding to messages and product questions on social media platforms
- Writing copy for ads and social media posts
- Assisting in sales and promotions in-store
Experience
- Proficient in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Proficient in Canva, or similar online design software
- Proficient in Capcut or similar video editing software
- Experience in social media marketing and advertising
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to engage professionally with customers and followers online
- Interest and knowledge in hunting and fishing preferred
