The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco :

  • As the GTM Strategic Planning Lead, you will drive transformative growth by setting ambitious but achievable business targets, refining sales strategies, and ensuring alignment with long-term organizational objectives. Your work will shape Moloco's success by delivering accurate forecasting, streamlining headcount planning, and fostering effective collaboration across teams. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has a deep understanding of scaling businesses effectively.

The Opportunity :

Forecasting and Target-Setting

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced forecasting techniques for Moloco Ads revenue.
  • Develop and implement challenging yet achievable sales targets that align with overarching business objectives.
  • Monitor sales productivity and market penetration to inform accurate target-setting.
  • Balance meticulous attention to detail with a strategic vision to guide business growth.
  • Headcount Planning and Operational Excellence

  • Build and maintain streamlined headcount allocation models to optimize resource distribution and enable smooth headcount planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales and other teams to ensure proper levels of resourcing.
  • Design staffing ratio recommendations for new and existing sales programs.
  • Leadership and Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by using sound business judgment to influence decision-making and delivering tough messages with confidence and fairness.
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration by creating clarity and alignment between Finance, Sales, and GTM teams.
  • Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to drive long-term success.
  • How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 7 years of experience in strategic business planning, forecasting, or revenue operations.
  • Proven ability to set and manage sales targets, including calculating sales compensation.
  • Expertise in advanced forecasting, particularly in dynamic or volatile industries, with proficiency in building and maintaining detailed models.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance meticulous attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective, ensuring decisions align with long-term goals.
  • Track record of delivering operational efficiencies by streamlining processes across finance, sales, and GTM teams.
  • Comfortable delivering tough messages and constructively pushing back on senior stakeholders to influence outcomes effectively.
  • Strong judgment and fairness in decision-making, with an ability to navigate ambiguity and anticipate long-term business needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex processes and foster alignment across diverse teams.
  • A proactive and independent work style, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

    In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

    Base Pay Range : 150,000-$230,000 USD
