The Headlines
To build the Non-Alcoholic eCommerce capability development with priority owning our Amazon Non Alcoholic eCommerce business. Oversee the Amazon Relationship for our Non Alc portfolio brands while also leading a team to support this strategic growth channel. Lead the development of our Amazon strategy, own plan execution, and manage the investment budget to attain sales goals. Continuous collaboration with cross functional teams (eCom, precision, media, analytics, finance, supply chain, and brand), agency partners, and Amazon stakeholders to deliver business objectives. Own site execution & customer experience including Amazon PDP, merchandising, brand stores, promotional strategy. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and identify areas for improvement and ongoing optimization to drive sales.

Job Posting Total Rewards
Offerings: $127,400.00 - $167,200.00 (posting salary range) 20% target short term incentive $12,500 400 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

Responsibilities
- Build Non Alcohol eCommerce capability through a dedicated team and cross functional support
- Support Non Alc eCommerce best practice development in emerging/growing eCommerce channels
- Develop the Amazon strategy to deliver business growth. Collaborate with the team that is charged with driving the success of Non Alc’s Amazon business operations through forecasting, budgeting, Amazon portfolio management and analytics.
- Own the Amazon Vendor Relationship and work in partnership with Amazon and MCBC cross functional teams to build annual business plans & sales goals to drive sustainable growth
- Continually analyze KPIs/results and recommend tactics to drive top and bottom line growth for Amazon.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing plans such as SEO, SEM, Social, Media, Affiliate, and Merchandising placements on Amazon
- Manage and continually evolve and optimize the Amazon experience to be best in class, including, but not limited to PDPs, brand store, and site navigation, and programming.
- Manage account negotiations related to investment, programming, and contract terms
- Work closely with supply chain and demand planning to manage inventory, supply, and logistics to deliver business goals
- Inform MCBC teams on necessary support and resources to be successful with Amazon
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a 1P Amazon business and driving sales on the platform
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L for eCommerce
- Effective communicator that can deliver succinct, clear direction
- Proven ability to push the status quo to drive effective change
- Experience with varied business data outputs - POS, behavioral, performance media, click steam data, search, category data to determine business trends and actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross functionally
- Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
- Ability to thrive and perform in a matrixed organization
- Building teams and culture; managing people
- 3P Amazon business experience preferred
- DTC experience ideal
- Beer or Beverage eCommerce or Sales experience (Nice to Have)
- Emerging or Start Up Brand Experience (Nice to Have)
