The Headlines :
In the role of Technician - Ends working in Golden, CO, you will be responsible for keeping yourself and your coworkers safe, working with a highly skilled team, collaboration across all departments, operating high speed equipment, Quality Assurance checks, Autonomous Maintenance as well as general GMP
This position reports to the Line Lead.
The Responsibilities :
- Contributes to a safe work environment by performing all tasks in accordance with O.S.H.A., Lock-out / Tag-out / Try-out safety rules & Molson Coors policies and regulations.
- Works as a self-motivated individual with minimal supervision while functioning as a productive team member.
- Ability to operate high speed electro-mechanical equipment, conduct equipment inspections and repair mechanical assemblies to insure conformance to specifications or production requirements.
- Performs set-up, adjustment, and timing of mechanical equipment.
- Ability to input and interpret quality specifications and SPC data utilizing computer programs including Infinity and Excel
- Utilizes the appropriate personal communication and interaction skills required to work with others in a team-based environment.
- Performs minor preventative, corrective maintenance (autonomous maintenance), break fix situations, troubleshoots and takes appropriate action to resolve issues, ensuring that the equipment is producing quality product in a timely manner.
- Possesses the basic mechanical and technical skills to accomplish the required machine adjustments and maintenance.
- Reads and correctly interprets and follows job procedures, work instructions, as well as special notices and / or instructions and is capable to interpret the instructions, relaying that information accurately to other individuals.
