Role Overview:
We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail customers within a defined territory, understanding their opportunities, customer issues, challenges, and providing adequate responses in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the sales plan through expanded SKU distribution, improved or increased shelf space, displays, and placement of brand collateral at retail.
- Ensure efficient execution of existing and new promotional events and calendars within assigned territory.
- Submit regular recaps outlining objectives, results, barriers, and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge on all new and existing product lines while understanding products offered by competitors in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1 years of experience in sales or management, preferably in the non-alcoholic beverage space, consumer products, or working directly with a beverage / consumer products industry.
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and as a team.

Pay Range:
$57,500.00 - $75,500.00 (posting salary range) 10% target short-term incentive $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above-market employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP paid time off (including holidays, vacation days, and sick days).
