Job Description
What You Will Deliver:
The Asset Care Business Process Leader is a position within the BPE Group focused on regional U.S. based supply chain integrated processes associated with managing the flow of Asset Care related Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) master data through the Molson Coors Network within North America. This role also includes processes related to maintenance of assets within breweries and store room movements.
This will require the individual to operate effectively in the following areas:
- Supporting and providing input and governance across the execution and strategy areas of the business processes related EAM master data and Asset Care processes through the Molson Coors Network.
- Full involvement in the energizing and adoption of the enterprise process model (blueprint).
- Monitoring and acting upon outputs within the adoption metrics, or KPIs, and integrating them into the business
- Driving 'end-to-end' business ownership of Process, Data, and Reporting.
- Seeking out and solutioning continuous improvement to realize benefits. This includes participation in larger projects as well as small enhancements.
- Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with Molson Coors strategy.
Process Improvements: Identify process and system enhancements for the value stream to ensure that processes are continuously improved. This should include:
- Building and maintaining of appropriate costing models for each value stream / process.
- Liaising with functional leads and line management to ensure that the process improvements support the functional strategy.
- Identifying the points in the processes where waste / cost exists within the value stream, where improvements and additional value can be gained, and ensuring that sub-optimization does not occur across the other processes.
Work with GBS Center, Global Process Leads, and the business units and functions to drive innovation in the process by continually benchmarking against leading practices and establishing ongoing initiatives to enhance capability and efficiency. Work with IT Business partners to co-develop the innovation roadmap for the processes. Manage maintenance of process flow documentation. Act as the Design Authority to ensure impact of proposed process / system changes are evaluated and understood.
Customer Experience: Create a seamless and positive customer experience. This involves proactively seeking and actioning feedback from customers on the end-to-end processes from commercial, supply chain, and finance. Identify capability building opportunities that enable process teams to develop expertise in the end-to-end process. Define and establish consistent end-to-end process adoption metrics and targets in consultation with customers. Revise them based on maturity of the processes over time. Provide leadership and support to breweries and other business functions in consistent process enhancements and solution adoption
IT and AMS Collaboration: Engage Application Maintenance Support teams to understand break/fix issues and understand trends. Interact with IT Business partners in execution of system enhancements and participate in project execution as appropriate. Lead and manage regression testing with involvement from AMS and IT teams.
GBS Center Interaction: Interact with GBS center process leads to collectively define, measure and optimize end-to-end processes across the enterprise. Contribute to process deployments in business functions
Training and Expert User Management: Ensure operating procedures are established to support execution and adoption; training materials are created and/or maintained to align with process changes. Lead network of Expert Users for capability area to support sustainment and on-going user adoption. Work with stakeholders in the process knowledge development and recognition of Expert user community.
Qualifications
Why You Qualify:
Education
Minimum of 5 to 7 years in business or IT
Experience (3 to 5 years of):
- Plant maintenance, end to end receiving, bin and resource management, issuing to delivery, picking, goods issue. The financial management of these processes is included in the scope of this role.
- Third party distribution center management of inventory, inbound and outbound processes,
- Knowledge of the MillerCoors template related to plant maintenance functionality or equivalent CPG experience
- Familiarity with ECC- MM, ECC-LES, ECC-SD, ECC-PM, ECC-SM, ECC-FICO; SCM-EWM; GATP; HANA; PI; MII and EDI integration
Skills
- Look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in relevant SAP modules will be a major plus
- Ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
- Interpersonal savvy –work collaboratively and build relationships with all customers with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities
- Experience managing virtual and matrixed teams
