Job Summary
The CDC Summer Sales Internship will develop skills and competency in the commercial function, to include Sales, Merchandising, Marketing and Category Management while participating in the Molson Coors companywide Early Talent Program.
The Sales Internship has been created with the intention to build Distributor capabilities, expertise and knowledge to build bench strength for the full time Sales Management Program (SMP) at Molson Coors. The internship will be comprised of a curriculum that includes various introductory lessons to build expertise in the beer industry and distributor environment, hands on learning, classroom educational learning and other developmental opportunities.
The successful intern will be interested in a career in sales or marketing in the beer industry.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements
- Student entering their Senior year of their Bachelor’s Degree program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- Must be able to complete a 12 week, full-time paid internship during specified time period
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Physical requirements
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
Job Posting Salary Range: $26,400 - $38,000
