The Headlines:
In the role of Corporate Security Operations Center Lead working in Golden, CO you will be part of the Corporate Security team. The person will manage the Corporate Security Operations Center (CSOC). This role will be responsible for managing the contract security guard dispatch personnel and oversee the day to day activities of the command center as well as participate in an on-call rotation.
The Responsibilities:
- This person will create, facilitate, and track training of contract security dispatchers
- Perform regular system checks to ensure proper function
- Manage the access control & camera systems locally
- Review and evaluate risk reports; escalate to leadership as appropriate
- Coordinate regular tests of emergency notification systems
- Will be on-call for emergencies
Qualifications:
- 5 years of emergency first responder dispatch or security command center experience
- Experience working with Access Control and CCTV systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- You have proven leadership skills, organization and time management ability.
- You thrive under pressure and can pivot on a moment’s notice.
- You are a team player, while enabling those to get results in a timely and ethical manner

Job Posting Salary Range: $61,200 - $88,000
