The Headlines: 

In the role of Extra Help Staff working in Chippewa Falls, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain team. 

This position will report to a member of our management team and works closely with other members of the brewery team, including leaders and brewery line staff. 

The Responsibilities:

• Responsible for variety of duties assigned, ranging from brewing, racking, packaging, shipping, maintenance, and/or housekeeping 
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills that are required to effectively interact with other staff 
• Completing project work around the brewery and grounds as needed 
• Forklift operation as needed 

The Other Qualifications:

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• You are confident, competent, eager to learn new things, and  are able to work within a fast-paced, team based environment  
• You have PC experience 

• You are mechanically inclined; experience in a process operation or operating high-speed equipment is preferred 
• You are able to meet and are comfortable with the physical requirements of the position: able to lift and carry 50 lb. loads while utilizing hoists for positioning of heavier loads; frequent lifting, bending, and pulling; some stair climbing; some use of ladders 
• You have a high school diploma and are at minimum 18 years of age 
• You are comfortable being assigned to any shift, most likely 2nd shift, including working occasional overtime and/or weekends
• The position is part of a union bargaining unit, represented by the Teamsters Local 662
• As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check
