Internship Description:
The MCBC internship program is a 10-12 week summer program between June and August. The HR Intern will develop skills and competencies in HR within the beverage industry, all while participating in the company-wide Molson Coors Early Talent Program. The HR Intern will be located in our Milwaukee, WI campus.
What You Can Expect:
- An HR project focused in one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, People Development, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners
- Assist with recruiting, sourcing, diversity & inclusion
- To collaborate with cross functional teams to contribute to MCBC HR objectives
- Understanding of the beverage business
- Exposure to MCBC senior leadership
- A fun and supportive work environment and culture
Qualifications:
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Effective communication skills
- Thrives in ambiguous situations

- Highly Collaborative
