The Headlines:  
In the role of Sr. Supply Planning Analyst working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Customer Supply Chain Organization.  You will contribute to the supply planning processes associated with 72 million barrels including supply planning and supply chain optimization for MillerCoors.  This role adds value creation through design and optimization of the MillerCoors supply network, from supplier through distributor.  Finally, you will contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans.

This position reports to Manger, Supply Planning and works closely with Supply Planning Analysts, assigned brewery, Customer Service Analysts, Forecasting and Demand Planning Team.

The Responsibilities: 

•    Contributes detailed supply plans to the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process, and other product supply execution processes
•    Creates and manages timely and accurate supply chain plans that deliver balanced results related to financial, quality, service, productivity and business growth that delivers the annual plan and 3-5 year plan
•    Identifies and builds collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, primarily inside Integrated Supply Chain
•    Analyze processes and system information to make recommendations for service and performance improvement
•    Compile and verify capacity inputs; including the governance of changes
•    Identify sourcing and capital recommendations to address over-capacity situations
•    Prepare routine and ad hoc utilization summaries to be distributed to internal stakeholders 

The Other Qualifications:
•    You have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or another relevant field
•    You have 5 years of experience in transportation / logistics, as well as analytical and financial acumen 
•    Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives 
•    You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities 
•    You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy  
•    You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
