Bartender/Server

Molten Monkey is Madison's first dedicated Detroit Style pizza restaurant. Opening soon, we are looking for people passionate about their craft to work in our bar and dining room. If you're an experienced server/bartender, love what you do, and want to work in an environment that allows you to explore, grow, be yourself, and have fun, you've come to the right place. We strive to create an elevated customer experience and we like working alongside people who strive similarly.

An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

· One to three years restaurant experience

· Pizza lovers preferred

· Bartending or serving experience required

· Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

· Proficient cash handling skills

· Excellent customer service skills

Our expectations from you:

· Ensure every guest has the best experience possible

· Punctuality and attention to detail

· Ability to work well with a team

What to expect from Molten Monkey:

· $12 an hour tips

· Predictable yet flexible work schedule

· Hands on, local ownership and general management that leads by example with a sense of humor (read: no corporate BS)

· An environment that emphasizes collaboration, respect, and consistency of attitude, work ethic and accountability
