Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Intern. This role will provide hands-on experience in process optimization and will be an excellent opportunity for students to gain valuable industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Production team to optimize workflows and improve efficiency
- Conduct process mapping, time studies, and bottleneck evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement small-scale improvement projects under guidance from experienced engineers
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
