About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our logistics and fulfillment team. As Fulfillment Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team of professionals to ensure seamless delivery of our products to customers nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and leadership. You will be responsible for supervising, hiring, disciplining, and evaluating hourly and management teams within the facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Spearheading Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive productivity improvements and cost reductions
- Leading quality improvement and order accuracy efforts
- Overseeing inventory accuracy within the facility
- Partnering with Purchasing and Finance to ensure all materials needs are met, eliminating materials-related production slowdowns
- Championing all safety efforts to ensure the safest possible work environment
