Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in driving recruitment strategies, managing talent identification and selection from internal and external sources, and overseeing the overall recruiting cycle for corporate positions.

This position allows for remote work with flexibility to support the team onsite as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage digital and print media partnerships to maximize ROI and generate high-quality candidates.
• Develop innovative strategies to improve candidate generation through vendor tools, recruiting technology solutions, and other platforms.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and drive process improvements.
• Support workforce planning and recruiting projections.
• Manage outsourced recruiting vendors.
• Establish relationships with local organizations to generate untapped talent pipelines.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Represent the company at community diversity/outreach events.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing.
• 2 years of related experience in sourcing/recruitment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Able to multi-task between projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience in fast-paced, growing organizations.
• Corporate recruitment environment experience.
• Recruitment agency, AI technology, and data analytics experience.
