What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift Warehouse Administrator position at Mom's Meals?
The Warehouse Administrator handles a variety of day-to-day warehouse operations tasks that support the packaging, shipping, and inventory/performance assessments of the Fulfillment teams.
\n- Organize and evaluate daily workloads for warehouseteam
- Manage collateral inventory, analyze daily performance, and provide productivity updates throughout the day
- Receive Inbound shipments through AX
- Ship outbound loads through AX
- Make sure loads pushed by logistics feed into the truck schedule and if needed, add extra trucks
- Confirm loads pushed are accurate and nothing is missing
- Work with accounts payable on BOL discrepancies
- Communicate with leaders at all levels throughout the facility
- Assist as needed with receiving and product put away
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Microsoft office skills, intermediate Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during the day
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt
- Organized and detail-oriented
- CRM experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
- Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
- Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Able to perform repetitive movements
- Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
