What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cycle Count Coordinator position at Mom's Meals?
The Cycle Count Coordinator will help develop and implement our Cycle Count program. This position is a hands-on position and it's estimated that approximately 75% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes, proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions.
Shift Work Schedule :
Monday - Friday 12 : 00 PM to 8 : 30 PM
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
- Partner cross-functionally to establish and maintain an ABC approach to Cycle Counting
- Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms
- Document specific root causes when inventory inaccuracies are identified
- Understand FEFO, FIFO, organization of shelves and consolidation
- Identify and document root causes to inventory inaccuracies
- Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities
- Work cross-functionally with appropriate functions to develop correct actions plans to eliminate root causes identified and support the change process
