Key Responsibilities
- Chat with client via Voxer and transcribe voice memos to notes / lists / documents
- Manage inbox
- Manage DMs, likes, engagement
- School outreach
- Create a list of schools where client has spoken
- Create a list of similar schools and POC
- Work with client on a draft email to send to schools and have her approve
- Hand off warm leads to client
- Manage Amazon shop
- Manage podcasts
- Assist in various ways with potential editing, show notes, finding sponsors
- Repurpose podcasts clips into highlights for Instagram
- Repurpose podcasts into YouTube shorts
- Manage Trello
- Keep track of to-do items, reminders, etc.
- Manage Zoom links and calendar changes
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

- Experience in social media / digital marketing (a must)
- Experience as a digital creative (a must)
