Key Responsibilities
- Manage Asana
- Take the lead on lead generation through email and social media
- Manage an offshore team
- Meet with the team once a week
- Have multiple weekly touchpoints
- Teach them organizational skills
- Create processes
- Manage client inbox
- Utilize marketing strategy to create consistent presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- Asana
- Slack

- HubSpot
- CoSchedule
- Experience in project management / account management (a plus)
- Experience in marketing (a must)
- Experience working with a team (a plus)
- Experience in accounting / bookkeeping (a plus)
- Excellent communicator

- 10 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
- Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
